Mareike Lenz tells us how she found the way to
happiness and gives us valuable hints how we can find our luck and happiness, too. One day she had an experience that taught her: `My happiness depends on my state of mind and on my thoughts and attitudes.´
    After this insight she began to reorganize her life. She developed a new understanding of love, happiness, and interhuman communication and adopted a new attitude towards time. She also learnt to adopt an `inner-directed´ attitude to life and began to interpret other people´s criticism in a positive, constructive way.
    All these changes contributed to giving her life a new meaning and new enjoyment.
